Terms and Conditions for Renting “Fredruś”
The maximum number of passengers is 53.
All passengers must remain seated during the ride.
In the case of groups of minors, one adult guardian is required for each commenced group of ten minors. This allows a maximum of 48 minors accompanied by 5 adult guardians.
The ride may begin and end only at locations suitable for longer stops (due to the extended time required for passenger boarding and alighting). The same applies to any stops during the ride.
No food should be consumed during the ride. Drinking water is permitted in high temperatures or strong sunlight. Passengers should not use or hold objects that could easily be blown away by the wind.
The Operator is not responsible for items lost or damaged as a result of their use during the ride on the “Fredruś” bus. If an item dropped by a passenger of the “Fredruś” bus causes damage to third-party property, the Client shall bear responsibility.
Extending arms beyond the outline of the vehicle is strictly prohibited. The Client shall be responsible for any injuries resulting from violation of this rule.
The Operator will not allow persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances to board the “Fredruś” bus.
In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, the bus staff (driver or conductor) have the right to terminate the rental and ask passengers to leave, without any refund of the fare.
If precipitation is forecast before the ride, the “Fredruś” bus will be replaced with another historic bus; however, it will not be a Jelcz 043. If time permits, the type of replacement bus may be agreed upon in advance by phone. In such a case, the Client will be charged according to the type of bus provided, not the rental cost of the “Fredruś” bus.
If precipitation occurs during the ride, depending on the remaining time, the following options are possible:
Early termination of the ride (the “Fredruś” bus returns to the depot, dropping off passengers along the way),
Replacement of the bus with another one equipped with a roof, provided that the time required to return to the depot and exchange the vehicle fits within the time availability of both the Operator and the Client.
In both of the above cases, the Client will be charged the standard rental fee for the “Fredruś” bus.
